About Clare Jaques

I work with a team of communication and recruitment professionals, to create the Interview Stuff site. We've been on both sides of the job-hunting table - as applicants and recruiters. Between us, we reviewed countless CVs, taken part in thousands of interviews and had to live with the decisions made. We realised how tough it was to find really good, up-to-the-minute advice on job interviews, so we decided to create this site, as a resource for you. And the blog or news section means you can always be in touch with hot-off-the-press job hunting news. My background I started my working life as a mechanical engineer and, against the odds, moved into marketing - using some of the techniques described throughout Interview Stuff. I'm an international consultant in the fields of people management and communication, a certified trainer and master practitioner of NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and an experienced senior management coach.
