Ask For Feedback

"Why should I review my performance? The interview's over," we hear you ask.

Good question.

The answer is simple. Job interviews are full of emotions and thoughts racing through your head. Whether it went well or badly, wouldn't you like to know why? So you can make it even better, if there's a next time?

You have two choices. You can either:

Review Your Own Performance
Self-analysis is an invaluable tool, after a job interview.
Find out how to learn from the interview, evaluate objectively how it went and then let go of the stress.

Or

Ask For Feedback
If you're really not sure how you did and want a second opinion, you can ask the interviewer for feedback.
This can be daunting. But, as long as you follow the right etiquette, it can make a huge difference to your job-hunting.
